Dr. Qazi Shehriyar Sahib

Dr. Qazi Shehriyar Sahib (born on 22nd May, 1995 at Kishtwar, Jammu) graduated in Veterinary Sciences from Faculty of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry, SKUAST-Jammu in 2017; obtained his MVSc (Animal Nutrition) in 2019 and PhD (Animal Nutrition) in 2023 from SKUAST-Kashmir. He is currently working as Veterinary Assistant Surgeon (MVU, CSS- ESVHD) in the Department of Animal Husbandry, Jammu. He has over 17 publications in both national and international journals, 6 conference abstracts and 6 book chapters to his credit. He has been honored with more than 5 awards in various national and international conferences. He is the life member of two professional societies.


Dr. Imran Ahmad Ganai

Dr. Imran Ahmad Ganai, born on 2nd October, 1985 at village Azamabad Tehsil Mandi District Poonch, Jammu, is presently working as Assistant Professor at Division of Animal Nutrition, Faculty of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry, Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Jammu. He has one book and over 20 publications, both national and international journals, to his credit. He has completed his PhD degree in the discipline Animal Nutrition from SKUAST-Jammu. He has also been a resource person for various seminars and workshops. He has been honored with more than 10 awards in various national and international conferences. He is the life member of two professional societies.


Dr. Vikas Mahajan

Dr. Vikas Mahajan is presently working as Assistant Professor at Division of Livestock Farm Complex, Faculty of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry, Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Jammu since 2014. He has four books and over 50 publications, both national and international journals, to his credit. He has completed his MVSc degree in the discipline of Animal Genetics and Breeding from JNKVV, Jabalpur, MP and PhD in Animal Genetics and Breeding from SKUAST-Jammu, J&K. He has guided 4 MVSc students and has also been a resource person for various seminars and workshops. He has been honoured with more than 22 awards in various national and international conferences. He is the life member of five professional societies and has published two patents.


Dr. Nazam Khan

Dr. Nazam Khan, born on 22nd June, 1985 at village Ramnagar, District Udhampur, Jammu, is presently working as Associate Professor at Division of Livestock Farm Complex, Faculty of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry, Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Jammu since 2014. He has one book and over 60 publications, both national and international journals, to his credit. He has completed his MVSc degree in the discipline of Animal Nutrition from SKUAST-J and PhD in Dairy Cattle Nutrition from National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, Haryana. He has guided 1 PhD and 4 MVSc students. He has also been a resource person for various seminars and workshops. He has been honoured with more than 20 awards in various national and international conferences. He is the life member of six professional societies and has published two patents.
